คณะเภสัชฯ มช. จัดประชุมวิชาการระดับนานาชาติ อัปเดตเทรนด์การดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคไต “Pharmaceutical Care in Nephrology”

คณะเภสัชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ร่วมกับคณะเภสัชศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย คณะเภสัชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล และ ASEAN PharmNET จัดการประชุมเชิงวิชาการระดับนานาชาติ Pharmaceutical Care in Nephrology Conference ณ โรงแรมคุ้มภูคำ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ และผ่านระบบออนไลน์ เพื่อเดินหน้ายกระดับการบริบาลทางเภสัชกรรมสำหรับผู้ป่วยโรคไต  พร้อมอัปเดตองค์ความรู้และแนวทางการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคไตจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ ระหว่างวันที่ 13 – 15 กรกฎาคม 2569 

วันที่ 13 กรกฎาคม 2569 - ศาสตราจารย์ปฏิบัติ ดร.ภก.สุพัฒน์ จิรานุสรณ์กุล คณบดีคณะเภสัชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ให้เกียรติเป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดงานประชุม Pharmaceutical Care in Nephrology Conference โดยมี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ภก.ดร.วันชนะ สิงห์หัน กล่าวรายงานวัตถุประสงค์ของการจัดงาน และยังได้รับเกียรติจาก รองศาสตราจารย์ ภก.สุรกิจ นาฑีสุวรรณ คณบดีคณะเภสัชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ร่วมกล่าวต้อนรับวิทยากรผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและผู้เข้าร่วมประชุม

ภายในงานมีการบรรยายในประเด็นสำคัญด้านการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคไต  อาทิ นโยบายระดับชาติในการลดอุบัติการณ์โรคไตเรื้อรังและภาวะไตวายระยะสุดท้าย (CKD และ ESKD) การประเมินการทำงานของไต การใช้ค่า Albuminuria ในการดูแลผู้ป่วย การเพิ่มความปลอดภัยและประสิทธิภาพของการใช้ยาในผู้ป่วยโรคไตระยะรุนแรง รวมถึงการอัปเดตแนวทางเวชปฏิบัติ KDIGO 2026 สำหรับการดูแลภาวะโลหิตจางในผู้ป่วยโรคไตเรื้อรัง

การประชุมในครั้งนี้ถือเป็นเวทีสำคัญในการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรทางการแพทย์และเภสัชกรในการส่งมอบการดูแลรักษาที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดให้แก่ผู้ป่วยโรคไตในอนาคต สร้างโอกาสในการแลกเปลี่ยนความร่วมมือด้านวิชาการในภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ (SEA) และยังมีกิจกรรมการจัดแสดงบูธวิชาการจากหน่วยงานและภาคีเครือข่าย เพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนางานบริบาลทางเภสัชกรรมด้านโรคไตและยกระดับการดูแลผู้ป่วยให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น

Faculty of Pharmacy CMU Hosts International Conference to Advance Kidney Disease Treatment: “Pharmaceutical Care in Nephrology”

The Faculty of Pharmacy, Chiang Mai University, in collaboration with the Faculty of Pharmacy, Chulalongkorn University and Mahidol University and ASEAN PharmNET, organized the International academic conference "Pharmaceutical Care in Nephrology." Held at the Khum Phucome Hotel, Chiang Mai and via an online platform from July 13-15, 2026. The conference serves as a strategic initiative to elevate pharmaceutical care standards for patients suffering from kidney disease. It gathers leading national and international experts to deliver critical updates on renal care methodologies and academic knowledge.

On July 13, 2026 - The opening ceremony of the conference was presided over by Professor of Practice Dr. Supat Jiranusornkul, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Chiang Mai University, who delivered the opening address after Assistant Professor Dr. Wanchana Singhan reported the conference's objectives. The conference was also honored by Associate Professor Dr. Surakit Nathisuwan, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University, who joined in welcoming the distinguished keynote speakers and attendees.

The conference featured lectures on critical topics in renal patient care, including:

•    National policies to reduce the incidence of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and End-Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD)

•    Renal function assessment

•    The clinical application of Albuminuria in patient care

•    Enhancing drug safety and efficacy in patients with advanced kidney disease

•    Updates on the KDIGO 2026 Clinical Practice Guideline for the Management of Anemia in CKD

This conference serves as a vital platform for knowledge exchange to enhance the capabilities of medical professionals and pharmacists in delivering optimal care for kidney patients. Furthermore, the event bridges academic and clinical networks across Southeast Asia (SEA), featuring Academic Booths from healthcare organizations and alliance networks dedicated to advancing the future of nephrology care.
